The subject matter of nature photography includes landscapes, astronomy, underwater, flora, and wildlife. Along with proficiency in photography’s methods and equipment, naturalist photographers also need a gift for patience that isn’t usually common. And it takes a lot of patience to immortalize an animal. Photographers wait among the vegetation, frequently disguising themselves as part of the scene, in anticipation of subjects emerging or striking fascinating positions. After seeing these images, we are convinced that the work of the naturalist photographer is surely one of the most beautiful jobs in the world.

Funny, inquisitive, mischievous, kind, and cuddly animals distract people from their job, confound photographers, stick their noses in the camera, stand by their new friends to pick up photography tips, and even steal cameras. Behind the camera, amazing, hilarious, and unforgettable things are happening. Photographers catch some of these instances, but other times a coworker manages to get the picture with the “intruders”. Check out the outcome.
